Dear Susan,

Forgery can be deemed either a misdemeanor or felony depending on the type of forgery, and is usually graded into three classes: first degree, second degree or third degree. It is best to speak with an attorney or your local law enforcement personnel regarding such matters.

If you need a document examiner to examine your case documents and would like to discuss your case further, please do not hesitate to contact me directly. My contact information can be found on my website www.graphowrite.com

Sincerely,
Dawn Roberts

I am going thru a divorce and found, federal income taxes with my signature forged, and deeds to our homes falsified by my husband claiming to be an unmarried man. can you tell me what the penality is for such as this? Susan
